We create an Artist Profile card for each of our designers whose collections contain at least 20 pieces. These are displayed alongside your products in the store to help share your story with our customers, kinda like this!

To have an Artist Profile card created for you, please provide us with the following info:

1. Your business name:
2. Owner(s):
3. Based in (location):
4. Your business story / how you got started:
5. Your past work experience or your current day job:
6. Fun facts about you, your craft or your business (did you know…)?
7. My husband calls me “mouse”, hence the name Modern Mouse. Do you go by any other names (nickames)?
8. Please send a photo of you (or something that represents you, if you really don’t want a photo of you).
   • Min size 2″ x 2″ (145px x 145px)
9. Please send 4 square images of the products you’d like to highlight on your card.
   • Min size 1″ x 1″

We may edit your answers slightly to make them fit but will otherwise try to keep them as is. Any questions, let us know!
